Hey I’m Francisco Cobos Carreño and my focus lies in guiding the Product team.
In addition I play a crucial role in welcoming new joiners to the dynamic realm of our team. I ease their transition and ensure they feel supported from the outset.
A comprehensive onboarding process that provides clear guidance enabling newcomers to navigate their roles with confidence is key. I like a hands on approach to onboarding with personal guidance and support.
I like to think we create an environment where new team members feel empowered to excel ultimately setting them up for long-term success within the organisation.
