How do we do it?
We just love a good old Thank You and pat on the back to say Well
Done! With our shout outs on Workvivo, Rewards on Mo and our
long service recognition certificates, as a company we love to say
'thanks a million'!
But we know that thanking you for a job well done is so much more
than that too, which is why our incentive scheme is reviewed
every year to ensure it is fair and competitive.
Our annual behaviour awards also give us a great chance to shout
about our achievements even louder!
Your role as a
leader
- Recognise excellent performance every time you see it - and shout about it (loudly!) on theLobby and LinkedIn.
- Take the time to say thanks personally and individually!
- Complete your end of year reviews and ratings on time - it's important to your team.
- Call out poor performance - have a zero tolerance approach (be brave!).
- Lead by example at all times!

Recognition is a huge part of human interaction in general, its how we learn, grow and become motivated.
Recognition comes in many forms from accolades, awards and acknowledgement in very public ways to simple gestures, words and a simple thank you.
There’s a quote by Dale Carnegie which I like – ‘People work for money but go the extra mile for recognition, praise and reward’.
