We're always sorry to see colleagues leave but we hope

we've played a part in helping them progress to a new role

with a new company.

It's important we understand why people leave in case we

need to learn any lessons so we run open & honest exit interviews

and encourage our managers to help team-mates leave

amicablyeven if they are upset to lose them!

We also run an Alumni Programme to keep in touch! 

Your role as a

  • Don't take it personally when someone leaves - support them and wish them well! 
  • Have a mature, professional conversation about their decision. 
  • Listen and learn from what you hear - it's important to know how we can improve as an employer of choice.
  • Always part on good terms - the world is a very small place and your paths might cross again in the future!
