Hello, I’m Andrew Boocock, Head of Sales in APAC. We are lucky to have a mix of managers here who have a diverse range of experiences.

They should play a key role in not only identifying new talent, but also identifying where best to maximise the potential of our existing team members.

For me, there are two key rules I follow. The first is to spend as much time as I need with the TA Team and my HRBP to define a really clear role profile and the range of skills I am looking for.

The second is to promote the role  – and HBX Group as a great employer -  as much as possible, via social media or in person at events, trade shows and so on. It’s been a winning combination for me so far!

First of all,

we want to attract

the very best talent!

What we love to hear from people when they get in touch with us is:

“I like what I see and hear about HBX Group and want to find out more!”

People Leader Journey
Employee Journey
Home

Well... we tell the story of why HBX Group is a great place to work wherever we can ... on our career website, LinkedIn, in the media,

on job boards and, of course, through the experiences of our own employees.

But that's not all, we also have incredibly flexible working policies, including our hybrid arrangements , our very popular

Work from Anywhere scheme and our 'Day off for your Birthday' initiative.

How do we do it?

Your role as a leader

  • Be an ambassador for HBX Group and about why it's a great place to work!
  • Be confident in talking about us as a leading TravelTech ecosystem player - know your stuff!
  • Take the time to work with the TA team on defining the role you want to recruit for.
  • Promote the roles you're recruiting for positively and enthusiastically!

What's in

your toolkit?
