I'm Damian Nogaledo and I'm the Head of Regional Marketing here at Hotelbeds.

I am very proud to be part of an organisation that is evolving and that puts its employees as a top priority and I'm really grateful for the different tools and processes we have at our disposal like career development, anytime feedback and priorities among others. 

I know it can all be bit overwhelming at the start, but we need to see it from a different angle and appreciate that it's something for our benefit, to guide us, and help us to grow as employees.
