Hey, I’m Walleska Mirabel and little did I know last year that becoming a Culture Hero would have the impact I see today.

 When I first joined, I wasn’t fully sure  what Culture Heroes were.

 So, what is a Culture Hero? We're a group of volunteers who are passionate about HBX Group, its people, and its culture.

The best part for me is collaborating with the team to put together fun events.

They build a connection that really turns HBX Group from just a place of work to a family that can support and count on each other.
