  • We'll continue to adapt our approach to flexibility.
  • And we'll review, refresh and revamp our candidate experience to make it the best in the industry.

Looking at the Involve & Develop segments, we have two initiatives we are committed to.

The first is Inclusion & Diversity, and building a plan that unlocks any barriers that prevent our people from thriving or being able to be themselves at work.

The second is a bolstering of our Wellbeing programme, providing help and opportunities for us all to enjoy a healthy work life balance.

Setting out what is expected from all of us in terms of living and breathing our Hotelbeds' behaviours, especially from a leadership perspective, is a fundamental part of our work this year.
The Leadership Capabilities Framework is being rolled out alongside the 'Key Moments of Truth' that will demonstrate Active Leadership.
With 360 reviews comings for all leaders, it's time for them to take accountability.
