ATTRACT & RECRUIT
First up, let's take a look at what we're going to be doing in the Attract & Recruit spheres!
- We'll develop a Young Talent Strategy focused on school leavers, interns, graduates and apprenticeships - the teams of our future!
- We'll continue to adapt our approach to flexibility.
- And we'll review, refresh and revamp our candidate experience to make it the best in the industry.
INVOLVE & DEVELOP
Looking at the Involve & Develop segments, we have two initiatives we are committed to.
The first is Inclusion & Diversity, and building a plan that unlocks any barriers that prevent our people from thriving or being able to be themselves at work.
The second is a bolstering of our Wellbeing programme, providing help and opportunities for us all to enjoy a healthy work life balance.
And last but not least, our plans around the Perform & Recognise elements.
A brand new global recognition programme will be launched in April, giving us all the chance highlight & celebrate colleagues from around the globe.
We will also carry out a Benefits Benchmark, reviewing our guides and making any improvements needed based on market data.
