My name's Eloisa Ozonas Grandal and at the end of last year, I was lucky enough to spend four weeks in the Arctic Circle without taking any annual leave, thanks to the Work from Anywhere policy!
I love that we have this flexibility at Hotelbeds and for me it meant that I could combine working with an adventure of a lifetime!
In between my day job, I lived like a local, saw the amazing Northern Lights, whales in the wild and celebrated Christmas in the most northerly city in the world.
