What is a Centre of Excellence? It’s a centre of knowledge that brings together all the expertise and resources of a specific discipline or area, in order to achieve, and sustain, world class performance and value. The aim of our strategy is to transform HBX Group into the leading B2B ecosystem player in the TravelTech space, connecting and empowering businesses in the ever-evolving world of travel.

THEIR BENEFIT?
There are three main benefits to creating Centres of Excellence in an organisation:
- They simplify how you work, eliminate bottle necks and increase speed of delivery for certain business critical processes.
- By bringing all the capabilities, knowledge, skills and work experience on a specific topic into one place, CoEs reduce overlaps and inconsistencies, widen the reach to the whole organisation and serve the whole ecosystem.
- They improve the quality of services and products, standardise best practices, create re-usable assets, uniformity of service and product delivery, and deliver excellence customer experiences.
