HBX Group recognised for its
progress in sustainability and
workplace wellbeing
At HBX Group, we are pleased to share that we have been recognised by CAEB (Balearic Islands Business Associations Confederation) as a finalist in the Circular Company category, highlighting our work in sustainability and circular economy.
This recognition reflects several key initiatives, including our collaboration with Hyatt to promote more responsible behaviours among hotel guests, the rollout of our internal training programme, “Sustainability in Action”, covering key sustainability topics across the organisation (completed by 100% of employees), and the development of our Sustainability Hub as a platform to share knowledge and drive more sustainable practices across the tourism value chain, among others. Being part of this initiative has been a great opportunity to stand alongside organisations that are actively working to reduce their impact and contribute to a more positive footprint. It also reinforces the importance of collaboration in driving progress in this area.
In addition, HBX Group has received a recognition from Quirón Prevención for our commitment to promoting health, safety and wellbeing in the workplace. This recognition reflects the ongoing efforts across our teams to foster safe and responsible working environments, as well as the consistent focus on people’s wellbeing.
We would like to thank both organisations for these recognitions, which encourage us to continue moving forward in these areas. We are proud of the journey so far and even more motivated for what lies ahead.
