Designing sustainable spaces is not only an environmental responsibility — it’s a way to care for our people and foster a culture of innovation and inclusion.

With the opening of our new offices in Mallorca, we wanted to go a step further in creating an environment that reflects our values, focusing on solutions that reduce our environmental impact and promote people's well-being. To achieve this, we focused on three four key aspects: 

Make your offices a sustainable space: the case of HBX Group 

To make this transformation a reality, we worked with Traza, a company specializing in the selection and distribution of sustainable furniture for public and private spaces. Its approach is based on a model where sustainability, quality, and purpose are the DNA of every choice. Traza manages the design of spaces holistically, ensuring that each selected piece has a positive environmental and social impact. Its work model includes: 

• Selection of products with environmental and social certifications. 

• Minimizing the carbon footprint in furniture production and transportation. 

• Commitment to the responsible use of resources and waste reduction. 

Thanks to this management, the following has been achieved. The results come from a study conducted by Traza to measure the impact of the practices applied in the project.
