Reflecting on Women and Girls in Science Day

The numbers speak for themselves, you can see it in the graph: breaking barriers in STEM is a necessity!

The United Nations encourages the celebration of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science every February 11 to serve as a platform to raise awareness of the challenges faced by women in STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) and to advocate for greater opportunities and support for women seeking careers in these fields.

At HBX Group, we understand that inclusion, diverse leadership, and equitable power dynamics are essential to success. That's why our ESG department invites everyone to celebrate this day and reflect in a special webinar organized by our partner Voluntare. Because even starting with small initiatives, we can make a difference!

It is important to note that the session is aimed at a Spanish speaking audience. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Science shapes the world we live in, but not everyone has had the same opportunities to contribute to its progress. Throughout history, the achievements of many women in science have been overshadowed, their potential overlooked or dismissed.
